How We Started
Versa Solutions was started in 2016 because we recognized the necessity of having billing specialists in each dental office. The primary goal of the company is to assist offices achieve higher collections, decrease accounts receivable, and give practice owners peace of mind with predictable cash flow. We implement proven systems for our clients in order to achieve their financial goals for their practices.
Who We Are
We run a fully remote workforce, and our employees are located across the United States. We conduct a highly rigorous hiring process in which a candidate must pass a dental billing assessment, provide three favorable references from past employers (often other dentists), and take a background check and drug test. All of this is done to ensure our clients that we have the best professionals on their team!

How We Do It
After your consultation, onboarding takes less than two days. We just need a dedicated workstation with access to your practice management software. No special equipment, no long term commitment, and no long waitlists! We have a very high client retention rate, so we don’t need to lock you into long term contracts.
