I’m not sure if I should apply. What are the base qualifications to be considered for a position at Versa Solutions?

We understand that time is valuable. Please only apply if you have a minimum of 3 years dental billing experience and at least one years’ experience working with at least 1 of the following billing software: Eaglesoft, Open Dental and WinOMS.

I just submitted my application, what can I expect?

We aim to reply to everyone within 3 business days. At that time, you will be informed as to whether we will be moving forward or if your application is not a match for the position.

I meet the qualifications for the position, but I have not been selected for an interview. Why not?

We wish that we could speak to every applicant however because we receive over 200 applications every month, it is not possible for us to move each applicant to the interview stage.

If I’m not a match, will you tell me why?

We receive a high volume of applications. Unfortunately, we do not have the capacity to provide constructive feedback for each applicant.

Are there any tests to complete to be selected for a position?

Working at Versa is both rigorous and enjoyable. Our hiring process is the same. You will be required to undergo an online assessment which will show your skills in dental billing, grammar, and regular common sense. You will have 4 days from the start of the assessment to complete it.

When can I expect to hear back if I was selected for the position?

If you score well on your initial assessment, you can expect to hear back from us within 1 to 2 business days initiating the next step which is a video interview with our team manager. We aim to schedule this within 3 business days of contact. After a successful video interview, we will perform an employment verification check at your last three employers. Please be sure to have provided this before the video interview so that we can get started right away with verification. Once we get the green light, within 1 to 2 business days, we will send you an offer letter. If you accept the offer, we will immediately initiate the background check and drug screening. We usually have the results within 7 days of you returning the necessary documentation to our 3rd party testing company. From start to finish our hiring process takes approximately 7 to 14 business days, not including any notice you may give to your current employer.

What materials or hardware would I need if selected for the position?

You will need high speed internet and a desktop computer. Our employees find it helpful to have an extra computer monitor to accommodate multiple screens at once and a headset for making calls. We will provide you with a company owned desktop phone.

 

Is this a W-2 position?

Yes, it is. If chosen for the position, you will be hired under an employment agreement. Versa Solutions will withhold taxes from your wages, pay employment taxes, train you and provide benefits.

Can I work from home?

All our positions are remote only. We only require that you display the same professionalism that you would if you had to go into the office.
